Highfield (Stockton)

Highfield provides personal care for up to 40 older people and those living with dementia in a purpose-built residential setting. At inspection, the home supported 27 residents.

Medicines were managed safely and infection prevention processes protected residents effectively. Recruitment systems were robust and staff received safeguarding training, demonstrating clear awareness of safeguarding concerns. Environmental and individual risks were well identified and managed. The home had plans in place for refurbishment. Quality monitoring systems and processes were established to oversee service delivery.
