Regency Care Home

This care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 56 people, supporting those with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs and older people with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 people were using the service.

Improvements had been made to protect people from harm. Staff now have better guidance on safe support, demonstrated through improved record keeping. One person's repositioning chart showed they were not always repositioned as recommended in their risk assessment, though their pressure sore was healing. Overall, records demonstrated appropriate care practices.
