New Spring Lodge

New Spring Lodge provides residential care and personal support to people with mental health conditions, accommodating up to 17 residents in a single adapted building. At inspection, 15 people were using the service.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using least restrictive approaches that align with their best interests. Policies and systems within the home reflect this person-centred practice. Residents are protected from harm while being supported to take reasonable risks, enabling them to enjoy activities and participate in their local community.
