Inspectors found a clean, dementia-friendly environment, consistent staffing and effective oversight, though some gaps remained in medicine records and staff employment checks.
People and relatives consistently described staff as exceptionally kind and attentive, with one relative calling it "a model care home. " Care plans were detailed and personalised, meals were well regarded, and staff supported people to remain independent while maintaining strong family connections.
