Redford Court

Redford Court provides care and rehabilitation services to up to 29 people over the age of 18 who have acquired a brain injury. The service offers accommodation across three settings: a main building housing 20 people, four supported living flats, and The Lodge, which accommodates up to five people. All accommodation is adapted to meet residents' individual needs.

Inspectors found effective systems in place for managing medicines safely and confirmed that safe recruitment procedures were followed. People were supported by staff who knew them well and understood their needs. Residents and their families expressed feeling safe at the service, with comments including "They make me feel very welcome and safe" and "I feel very safe." Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches in line with their best interests. The service's policies and systems supported these practices throughout.
