Greenacres Care Home

Greenacres Care Home provides residential care and accommodation to 39 people aged 65 and over, registered to support up to 41 residents. The home maintains a safe, well-maintained and clean environment where people are protected from harm and abuse through careful staff recruitment and safeguarding practices. Residents receive support to take their medicines safely and as prescribed by their healthcare providers.

Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices possible whilst acting in their best interests.
