About Rockfield House
Rockfield House provides care and accommodation for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. The spacious facility includes a separate annex building designed to support semi-independent living and help people transition into the community. The service is developed around person-centred principles, ensuring people can live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Support is planned and coordinated to help each person achieve the best possible outcomes.
