Incidents were not always reported or investigated properly, some concerns were not shared with safeguarding bodies or the CQC, and Mental Capacity Act processes were not always followed.

Inspectors also found positives: the home was clean and well maintained, staff understood people's nutritional needs, and interactions were kind and respectful. People said they felt safe and well cared for, and praised the approachable manager. The provider has been asked for an action plan to address the shortfalls identified.
