Shannon Court

Shannon Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 53 people across five units, supporting older people including those living with dementia who may experience anxiety or distress. At the time of the assessment, 42 people were using the service.

The CQC found the home was performing well overall and rated it Good. People and relatives were generally positive about care, felt able to raise concerns, and were supported to access healthcare services. Some mixed feedback was noted about staffing levels, particularly at lunchtimes, and inspectors found that not everyone was routinely offered choices.

Relatives described the service as well managed and led.
