Red Court Care Community

Red Court Care Community accommodates up to 49 people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments, across two ground-floor units. At inspection, 45 people were resident at the service.

Inspectors found significant concerns with safety management. Risk assessments lacked sufficient detail about people's individual needs, and the systems designed to safeguard people from neglect or poor care were not consistently applied by staff. Incidents and accidents were not always properly documented, and quality monitoring processes did not adequately review and analyse information in people's care plans to identify patterns or areas for improvement.
