Newton House

Newton House provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 120 adults with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health needs across four separate units. At inspection, 81 people were using the service.

Staff provide sensitive and caring support, responding quickly to people's changing needs and speaking respectfully with residents. Staff demonstrate good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and know how to raise concerns about people's health or welfare. People's care and nursing needs are met effectively, with appropriate support from external healthcare professionals when necessary.
