Harrowby Lodge Nursing Home

People receive personalised care with their needs and risks regularly assessed and monitored. Care plans are person-centred, incorporating the views of residents and their relatives. The service offers meaningful activities and maintains good links with the local community. The registered manager and provider demonstrated openness and transparency, responding promptly to identified shortfalls and taking action to improve the service. However, quality monitoring was not always robust, with audits not consistently identifying service gaps.
