Quantock House provides personal care and accommodation for up to six people with a learning disability. The service is spread over two floors, with communal areas on the ground floor including a lounge and dining room.

The home has strong infection control procedures in place. Staff and visitors follow entry protocols to minimise transmission risks, and a visiting policy guides how different visits are conducted safely. The service maintains good stocks of personal protective equipment, and staff have received training in infection control including proper PPE use.

Staff demonstrate clear understanding of these safety protocols.
