Medicine administration followed prescriptions but disposal was unsafe. Hand hygiene facilities were inadequate, and food and fluid records were sometimes inaccurate, with residents not always receiving proper support and equipment for eating. The provider's quality monitoring systems were not effective enough to drive necessary improvements.

Despite these concerns, residents and relatives expressed satisfaction with the home's management and spoke highly of the registered manager's leadership.
