Tilsley House Care Home

Tilsley House Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 adults, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 26 people were living there. The CQC rated the home good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, having found the provider no longer in breach of earlier regulations around safe care, medicines and person-centred support.

Inspectors found people received safe, effective care from a stable, skilled management team with good oversight. People and relatives spoke positively about kind, caring staff and a friendly atmosphere. Some paperwork still needed updating, and accident and incident records required improvement.
