Providence Court

Providence Court provides personal care to up to 61 older people, some living with dementia, in a purpose-built building. At inspection, 41 people were using the service. Staff assessed individual risks and supported people safely, conducting reviews of events and accidents. People said they felt safe and well supported by the service, with staff aware of their specific needs and vulnerabilities. The home had made significant improvements since previous concerns were raised about safety and welfare, and inspectors found that people's wellbeing was being actively promoted throughout the service.
