Highbury Rise

Highbury Rise accommodates 20 residents with capacity for up to 23, providing residential care and personal care support. During inspection, medication management systems were found to lack adequate safeguards despite staff training and audits being in place, with inaccurate records identified. During the heatwave period, the national heatwave plan was not consistently followed, placing residents at risk. Management systems failed to identify and address these issues.

Residents reported feeling happy and safe, praising staff for their kindness. Relatives similarly expressed satisfaction with the care and support provided. Care plans were in place and staff demonstrated good knowledge of individual residents' needs.
