Inspectors found staff knew people well, communicated effectively using personalised methods, and supported people safely with their medicines and health needs.

People described feeling safe, comfortable and well supported, with genuine choice over their daily routines and activities. Staff were consistently described as kind and attentive, though some relatives raised concerns about the use of agency staff at night. Leadership was found to be approachable, with good systems in place to monitor and improve the quality of care.
