Priory Westfield View

Priory Westfield view provides personal care and transitional accommodation for men with severe and enduring mental illness or learning disabilities who no longer require hospital-level care. The service is registered for three people and accommodates them in one adapted building designed as a small domestic-style property, which supports residents in living full lives within the community.

Staff are kind and caring, knowing residents well and understanding their diverse needs clearly. People are encouraged to be independent in daily living while receiving support when needed, and are treated with respect and dignity. Residents have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. Relatives spoke positively about the service, and residents were observed to be happy and well cared for, with their safety and wellbeing maintained.
