The accommodation spans three floors, each with its own lounge and dining room. At inspection, 40 people were using the service.

Staff keep people safe by understanding how to manage risks and responding appropriately to concerns about people's safety and well-being. They work closely with professionals to meet individual needs. Accidents and incidents are responded to suitably, with lessons learned and changes implemented, though not all notifications have been submitted as required.
