Residents received person-centred care and felt well looked after. Detailed care plans guided staff in meeting individual needs, and end of life wishes were explored and recorded. Staff received training to provide effective, compassionate care for people approaching the end of their life.
People felt comfortable speaking with staff or management about any concerns.
