About The Green Residential Care Home
The Green Residential Care Home provides personal care for up to 23 older people, many with physical disabilities, sensory impairments or dementia. At inspection, 12 people were living there.
Residents received person-centred care and felt well looked after. Detailed care plans guided staff in meeting individual needs, and end of life wishes were explored and recorded. Staff received training to provide effective, compassionate care for people approaching the end of their life. People felt comfortable speaking with staff or management about any concerns.
