About Primrose Lodge
Primrose Lodge provides personal care for up to 15 people aged 55 and over, including those living with dementia. All rooms are located on the ground floor with ensuite facilities.
People and relatives praised the home highly, describing staff as kind, caring and friendly. Residents felt safe and well cared for, with staff demonstrating sensitivity to individual preferences and needs. Staff knew people and their families well and had sufficient time to engage residents in meaningful conversation.
