Lingdale Lodge

Lingdale Lodge is a residential care home providing support to older people living with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a positive, well-led culture with visible, supportive managers and thorough oversight of incidents. Staffing levels, training and medicines management were all found to be safe and effective, and the environment was clean and well-maintained.

Inspectors found people were treated kindly and involved in decisions about their care, with residents describing staff as knowledgeable and caring. Activities and family contact were encouraged, and concerns were taken seriously. The main area for improvement noted was strengthening formal processes for gathering feedback.
