Primecare provides care and support to older adults, some of whom are living with dementia, in a purpose-built home with a garden in the local community. At the time of the assessment, 28 people were using the service.

The CQC found the service was performing well overall. Inspectors found safe recruitment practices, enough staff to meet people's needs, and proper adherence to legal requirements around consent. Feedback from people and relatives was sought and acted upon, and regular audits helped keep the service well run.

Primecare Limited provides care and support to older adults who may be living with dementia. At the time of our assessment there were 28 people using the service. The service is in the local community in a purpose built building with a garden. We visited on 18 February 2024. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safe and effective staffing; Consent to care and treatment; Responding to people’s immediate needs; listening and involving people; Governance, management, and sustainability. The assessment was unannounced.
