Prema Court

Prema Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to people with mental health needs. The service can accommodate up to 44 people and comprises two buildings: Brook House and Clifton House. Each person has their own bedroom with access to shared lounge and bathroom facilities, along with small kitchens in each building and a central kitchen and dining room. At inspection, all residents were living in Clifton House while Brook House underwent refurbishment.

The home operates using a recovery model to support people with their mental health needs. Nurses and care support staff engage with residents to involve them in their care and support planning.
