Nelson Lodge

Nelson Lodge is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to older people, with capacity for up to 64 residents across four units over two floors. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the service.

The home supported residents to maintain regular contact with their families and friends through video calling and telephone calls during visiting restrictions. The service implemented exceptions to its visiting policy for residents receiving end of life care.
