Portland Street

Portland Street provides accommodation and personal care for up to 13 people with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, there were 10 people using the service. Staff demonstrated vigilance and received thorough training to ensure people's safety and protect them from poor care or inappropriate treatment. Environmental improvements since the last inspection created a homely, well-maintained atmosphere throughout the service.
