Inspectors found the service had improved significantly since its last assessment, moving from requires improvement to good overall, with previous concerns about medicines management and governance now resolved.

The registered manager was described as approachable and proactive, and staff knew people well. People were supported to take positive risks and encouraged to stay active in their community, and relatives spoke warmly of the caring, attentive support provided.
