The service operates from a detached two-storey house with a passenger lift providing access to the lower floor. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout, with appropriate procedures to minimise risks.

Safe distancing seating arrangements are in place in all communal areas, and staff regularly discuss the reasons for social distancing with residents. Those with limited capacity are sensitively encouraged to comply with safety measures. Clear signage and hand sanitiser dispensers are positioned throughout the service, and information notices inform residents and visitors about required PPE and any higher-risk individuals at the home.
