King Charles Court

King Charles Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 30 people, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 27 people were receiving support.

The service had implemented comprehensive infection control procedures for visiting arrangements. Visitors were accompanied by staff throughout the building and spent time only in residents' bedrooms. Risk assessments and relevant checks were completed for all visitors to ensure safety and protect the clinical vulnerability of people living at the service.
