Pine Lodge Care Home

Pine Lodge Care Home accommodates up to 59 people, primarily older adults and those living with dementia. At inspection, 58 people were receiving services at the home.

While residents and relatives reported feeling safe and well cared for, inspectors identified unmanaged risks within the service. The provider and registered manager lacked sufficient oversight of quality and had not taken action to drive improvements. The home had not established a culture that prioritises personalised care tailored to individual needs, nor did it effectively gather and act on residents' views and experiences to develop the service.
