Platters Farm Lodge

Platters Farm Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 43 people across three wings, one of which specialises in dementia care. It also runs a rehabilitation unit supporting people to regain confidence and independence.

The CQC rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found strong management oversight, knowledgeable staff and comprehensive care plans, and praised positive links with the community. People and relatives spoke highly of the kind, approachable staff, though a permanent registered manager was still being recruited at the time of the assessment.
