Court Regis

Court Regis provides accommodation and personal care to up to 54 people, with residents having a range of needs including dementia and long-term health conditions. At inspection, 42 people were living at the service. The home was clean with extra cleaning duties being carried out, including regular deep cleaning and hourly cleaning of frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, rails and light switches. Staff were observed using PPE appropriately, with fully equipped PPE stations positioned around the service to ensure supplies were readily available. The registered manager was following infection control and prevention guidance from other agencies and had updated staff training and practice accordingly. Residents had been provided with information to help them understand changes implemented due to the pandemic, including the use of PPE by staff and the importance of social distancing.
