This care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, five people were living in the home.

The service had previously been found to have unsafe medicine management practices, with inaccurate records and inconsistently reviewed risk assessments. The registered manager has since implemented significant improvements, establishing robust new processes and management systems. People now receive their medicines as prescribed, and the necessary changes to ensure safe operations have been successfully put in place.
