Pen Inney House

Pen Inney is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 20 people, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports older people across two floors, accessible via stairs or a stair lift. Bedrooms include some with en-suite facilities, alongside shared bathrooms and shower facilities. Shared living areas comprise a lounge, dining room, and garden with patio seating.

Inspectors found that people were not supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives. Staff did not support residents in the least restrictive way possible or in their best interests, and the service's policies and systems did not support this practice.
