Peasmarsh Place

This residential care home accommodates up to 24 people and provides personal care support to those with varying needs, from those maintaining independence to those with complex requirements including physical impairments and memory loss. At the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service.

People felt safe and well cared for, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding procedures. A relative commented, "I am happy that mum is there, and I know she is being well looked after." Staffing arrangements provided sufficient capacity to meet people's needs in a timely manner.
