The service operates across two properties set within large grounds, with one house accommodating up to 13 people and the other up to three. At inspection, ten people were living at the home, ranging in age from 30 to 75 years old.
The premises were clean and well maintained with regular cleaning throughout the day, including high-touch areas. Care staff took responsibility for both cleaning and laundry duties.
