Roselands Residential Home

Roselands Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care to 28 older people, some living with dementia, with capacity for up to 35 residents. The registered manager and staff team have made improvements following the previous inspection, though further time is needed to fully embed these changes into daily practice. Record keeping has been enhanced, but additional work remains to ensure records fully reflect people's needs and contain all information staff require. Quality assurance systems have identified areas for improvement that are still being addressed.
