Pear Tree House

The CQC rated it Outstanding overall, finding exceptional, highly personalised care delivered in an environment adapted specifically around that person's needs.

Inspectors found staff were carefully recruited and well supported by leadership, with a strong culture of learning and continuous improvement. Safeguarding, infection control, medicines management and Mental Capacity Act principles were all handled well. Relatives and staff spoke warmly of the home, feeling fully involved and valued.
