Park Road CCT

Park Road provides residential care and personal support to young adults with mental health needs, accommodating up to three people in an adapted building with a large private garden. At the time of inspection, one person was using the service.

People felt safe at the home. Staff received training to identify and report safety concerns, with risk assessments in place and clear guidance available for safe support. There were sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and systems for safely administering medicines were properly established.

The home followed policies to manage infection control risks, and people's needs were regularly assessed and reviewed to ensure care remained appropriate.
