Inspectors found care was tailored to individual needs, delivered in a bespoke environment, with safe recruitment, medicines management and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act.

Staff treated people with kindness and people appeared comfortable in their surroundings. Relatives were largely happy with the care and staff, though some felt management changes could have been handled more consistently. Quality monitoring systems were in place and staff felt listened to.
