Pavilion Court

Pavilion Court provides residential nursing and personal care to up to 75 people aged 18 and over, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 48 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that staff were not consistently following the provider's risk assessments and procedures, placing people at risk of harm. While risk assessments were in place and reviewed by management, staff had not removed all health and safety risks. For people identified at risk of choking or requiring special diets, food and drinks remained easily accessible, creating potential hazards for those without capacity to make safe choices.
