Inspectors found staff to be kind, attentive and skilled at supporting people to make choices and stay active. People and relatives spoke highly of the care and activities on offer, and food and mealtime arrangements had been improved. Medicines were managed safely, and leaders showed a clear commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
