Ashton Court Care Home

This residential care home provides nursing and personal care for up to 42 people, predominantly older adults with some living with dementia, across four purpose-built floors. At inspection, 40 people were using the service.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe and valued the care they received. Residents praised staff competence in supporting their needs, while relatives shared positive examples of how staff had helped improve their loved ones' lives since admission. Staff were safely recruited and completed induction training, followed by ongoing professional development. The provider monitored training completion and supported staff through regular supervisions and team meetings.
