Kenton Manor

Kenton Manor provides nursing and personal care for up to 68 older people, including those living with dementia, with 60 people living there at the time of the CQC's assessment. Inspectors found the service performing well, with previous concerns about record-keeping and quality monitoring now resolved and no ongoing breaches of regulations.

Staff were found to understand safeguarding, manage medicines safely, and work well with health professionals. People and relatives spoke positively about the caring, attentive staff, and care plans were personalised and regularly reviewed. Activities and open visiting supported people's wellbeing and relationships.
