Patron House

Patron House is a residential care home providing personal care to a maximum of 12 people in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, there were ten people using the service.

Inspectors observed that portion sizes for meals were small, and alternative food was not always offered when people declined what was served. Staff morale was low, though the provider had recognised this and was taking action to address it. Feedback about staffing numbers at the home was mixed.
