Patron House is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 12 older people, with 11 people living there at the time of assessment. Previously rated requires improvement, the home has since made changes and is now rated good overall. The CQC found governance had improved, night staffing had increased, and hygiene and medicines management had been strengthened, though minor shortfalls remained and were addressed quickly.

Inspectors found relatives were positive about staff and the new management team, describing them as caring and person-centred. Some relatives felt more staff were needed to support cleaning and activities, but families felt confident raising concerns and trusted these would be addressed.
