Rosewood House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 17 people, with 13 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home had implemented strong infection control measures, including temperature checks and PPE requirements for all visitors. Visitors completed lateral flow tests and health declarations, with their contact details recorded for track and trace purposes.

Masks were available at the entrance, and staff ensured visitors could access hand washing facilities. Routine testing was in place for staff, visitors and residents.

The home demonstrated good practice in supporting vaccinations, with individual capacity assessments and best interest decisions made in consultation with healthcare professionals and families where needed. People and staff were actively supported and encouraged to receive their vaccinations.
