This residential care home accommodates up to 102 people across four units: three nursing units (Cedars, Maples, and Oaks) and Sundials, which specializes in dementia care. At inspection, 94 people were using the service. Care plans contained important information about residents' mobility and support needs, ensuring personalized care delivery.

The service was staffed adequately, with staff reporting positive experiences and describing it as a nice place to work. Staff received regular training and supervision. The registered manager conducted daily walk-arounds and held resident and relative meetings, including open coffee mornings, to gather feedback and discuss any concerns or areas for improvement.
