The service was staffed adequately, with staff reporting positive experiences and describing it as a nice place to work. Staff received regular training and supervision. The registered manager conducted daily walk-arounds and held resident and relative meetings, including open coffee mornings, to gather feedback and discuss any concerns or areas for improvement.
