Parkland House

Parkland House accommodates up to 52 older people, including those living with dementia, with 51 residents at the time of inspection. The service provides nursing care alongside accommodation.

People received outstanding, personalised care from staff who were genuinely kind and respectful. Residents reported that staff promoted their abilities, knew them well and clearly enjoyed supporting them. The service demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding individual needs and delivering compassionate, tailored support that enhanced people's quality of life.
