Arbour Lodge

Arbour Lodge provides personal care to up to 29 older people, including those living with dementia and people with physical disabilities or sensory impairment. The home operates from one adapted building and currently supports 27 residents.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to escalate safety concerns appropriately. Risk assessments were in place and communicated to the team. Medicines were managed safely and administered as prescribed. The home maintained good infection control practices and kept the environment clean and tidy.
