Riverside House

Riverside House provides personal care to nine residents with mental health conditions across three floors of an adapted building. Staff are kind and caring, treating people as individuals with dignity and respect. The home has robust recruitment systems and staff receive appropriate induction, training and supervision. People reported feeling safe, with safeguarding systems in place and risks properly identified. Staff demonstrate knowledgeable understanding of systems designed to protect residents from abuse.
